Cooking Method
Marinate: Chicken ko yogurt, masalon aur lemon juice mein 2 ghante marinate karein.
Rice boil: Basmati chawal ko whole spices ke saath 70% boil karein, phir strain karein.
Cook chicken: Marinated chicken ko pyaz ke saath cook karein jab tak oil na chhodne lage.
Layer: Handi mein chicken ki layer, phir rice, phir fried pyaz, pudina, saffron milk.
Dum: Handi ko tight seal karein (atta lagayein) aur 25-30 minute dum par rakhein.
Serve: Raita aur salad ke saath garam garam serve karein!
