Classic Chicken Biryani — Chef Honey Style

Yeh is website ki pehli aur special recipe hai jo Chef Honey ne apne dum par banai hai. Yeh Chicken Biryani recipe bohot aasaan hai aur ghar par banane ke liye perfect hai.

Ingredients

Chicken Marination

  • 1 kg Chicken pieces mein kata hua
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Rice & Finishing

  • 1 kg Basmati rice soaked 30 mins
  • 3 large Onions fried
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint
  • 5-6 Green chilies
  • 1/4 cup Milk + saffron
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • Whole spices bay leaf, cardamom, cloves

Instructions

Cooking Method

  • Marinate: Chicken ko yogurt, masalon aur lemon juice mein 2 ghante marinate karein.
  • Rice boil: Basmati chawal ko whole spices ke saath 70% boil karein, phir strain karein.
  • Cook chicken: Marinated chicken ko pyaz ke saath cook karein jab tak oil na chhodne lage.
  • Layer: Handi mein chicken ki layer, phir rice, phir fried pyaz, pudina, saffron milk.
  • Dum: Handi ko tight seal karein (atta lagayein) aur 25-30 minute dum par rakhein.
  • Serve: Raita aur salad ke saath garam garam serve karein!
