Tandoori Mayonnaise

Homemade Tandoori Mayonnaise u2014 a smoky, spicy dip perfect with snacks and BBQ.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix mayonnaise with tandoori masala, lemon juice, chili powder and salt.
  2. Whisk until smooth and evenly colored.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors develop.
  4. Serve as a dip with fries, wraps or grilled items.
