Chef Honey’s refreshing detox/alkaline water recipe.
Ingredients (per 1 liter)
- Water 1 liter
- Carrot 20g
- Cucumber 20g
- Mint leaves 10g
- Ginger 10g
- Cilantro/celery 10g
- Lemon 2 pieces
Method
- Wash and roughly chop all the vegetables and herbs.
- Add everything to a jug of water along with sliced lemon.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to infuse.
- Strain if desired and serve chilled.
