Homemade Tandoori Mayonnaise u2014 a smoky, spicy dip perfect with snacks and BBQ.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix mayonnaise with tandoori masala, lemon juice, chili powder and salt.
- Whisk until smooth and evenly colored.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors develop.
- Serve as a dip with fries, wraps or grilled items.
