Chicken Malai Boti with Gravy

A rich, creamy Chicken Malai Boti in gravy u2014 a Chef Honey signature dish, straight from the HoneyKitchenDot kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, sliced

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, garam masala and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until lightly charred.
  3. In a separate pan, sautu00e9 sliced onions in butter until golden.
  4. Add the grilled chicken to the pan and simmer in a light cream-based gravy for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
