A rich, creamy Chicken Malai Boti in gravy u2014 a Chef Honey signature dish, straight from the HoneyKitchenDot kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, sliced
Method
- Marinate chicken with cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, garam masala and salt for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until lightly charred.
- In a separate pan, sautu00e9 sliced onions in butter until golden.
- Add the grilled chicken to the pan and simmer in a light cream-based gravy for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
